36. עובדיה ונוסעיה של אניה החשודה בחולירע יועמדו תחת פיקוח
עובדיה ונוסעיה של אניה החשודה בחולירע יועמדו תחת פיקוח לא יותר מחמשה ימים החל מיום בוא האניה. במשך הימים האלה יאסרו על עובדי האניה את היציאה מן האניה, חוץ אם יוצאים הם לשם מילוי חובה, ובמקרה זה צריך להודיע את מהות החובה לרשות ההסגר.
