37. חולירע קלינית
אם הוכרזה האניה כנגועה או כחשודה רק מחמת שפרץ בה מקרה שנראים בו הסימנים הקליניים של החולירע ואם שתי בדיקות בקטריוליגיות שנעשו בהפסקה של מעת לעת אחת מחברתה לא גילו מציאות חולירע או טפחות חשודות אחרות, תחשב האניה כאניה בריאה.
