50. באיזו פעולות יש לנקוט כשישראל נגועה באבעבועות
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ט
(1)אם תהיה ישראל נגועת אבעבועות, תאחז רשות ההסגר בכל אמצעי הזהירות האפשריים כדי להרכיב זרק בעובדי אניות ובנוסעים היורדים לנמלי הארץ, ולחזור ולהרכיב בהם זרק.
(2)הרכבה ראשונה ושניה של זרקים תעשה בדרך כלל בנמלים ובאזורים הסמוכים לגבולין.
