16. ערבות להוצאות מיוחדות
תיקון: תשט״ו
המבקש יפקיד סכום כסף או יתן ערבות, לפי שיורה מנהל בתי המשפט, לבטחון ההוצאות העלולות להיגרם במדינה המתבקשת עקב ההזדקקות לשירות של בעל כהונה משפטית שאינו עובד אותה מדינה, ואם ביקש שמסירת המסמך כאמור בתקנה 14 תיעשה בדרך מיוחדת, יפקיד סכום כסף או יתן ערבות כאמור, לבטחון ההוצאות המיוחדות העלולות להיגרם על ידי המסירה בדרך המבוקשת.
