14. תרגום המסמך ואימותו
(א)לא נערך המסמך האמור בתקנה 13 בשפת המדינה המתבקשת או בשפה אחרת שהוסכם עליה בין מדינת ישראל לבין המדינה המתבקשת לענין המצאת מסמכים לפי האמנה – יצרף המבקש תרגום המסמך לאחת השפות האמורות, בשני עותקים.
(ב)במקום התרגום רשאי המבקש, בהסכמת מנהל בתי המשפט, להפקיד סכום כסף או ליתן ערובה לבטחון הוצאות התרגום והוצאות אימותו במדינה המתבקשת.
