30. הגשת בקשה לביצוע
נתקבלה בקשה כאמור בתקנה 29, תועבר למנהל בתי־המשפט, והוא יגיש, על דעת עצמו, בקשה לרשות השיפוטית לעשות את ההחלטה בת־ביצוע.
