11ג. פטור מתשלום דמי ביטוח לתלמיד
תיקון: תשע״א־2
מבוטח לפי פרק י״א לחוק, שהוא תלמיד כיתה י׳ עד י״ב במוסד חינוכי על־יסודי, והכנסתו לא עלתה על ההכנסה המזערית האמורה בפרט 3 בלוח י״א לחוק וטרם מלאו לו 19 שנים, יהיה פטור מתשלום דמי ביטוח בעד התקופה שבה הוא לומד.
