8א. פיגור בתשלום דמי ביטוח בעד עובד במשק בית
תיקון: תש״ם, תשנ״ב־3
(א)לא שולמו דמי ביטוח לפי תקנה 8 בעד תקופה שקדמה ל־12 החדשים האחרונים שלפני חודש התשלום (להלן – התקופה הקודמת), ישולמו דמי ביטוח בעד התקופה הקודמת לפי תקנה 8, ואולם דמי הביטוח יחושבו כאילו שכרו של העובד בכל אחד מהחדשים שבתקופה זו לא פחת מסכום השווה למחצית השכר הממוצע, כפי שהיה באותו חודש.
(ב)(בוטלה).
