17ה. הזדהות הדוגמים
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)ביום הבחירות, לפני פתיחת הקלפי להצבעה, יזדהו הדוגמים בפני יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי, באמצעות תעודה, מאת בעל ההיתר לעריכת המידגם במבנה, המאשרת כי נושא התעודה הינו דוגם מטעמו; כל אחד מהדוגמים יישא על עצמו, במקום הנראה לעין, את התעודה האמורה כל זמן שהותו במבנה.
(ב)כפוף לאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא ייכנסו הדוגמים לחדר שבו פועלת ועדת הקלפי בכל שעות ההצבעה וספירת הקולות.
