17ו. מיקומה של קלפי המידגם
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשס״ג־2
(א)הקלפי המיועדת לצורכי המידגם (להלן – קלפי מידגם), תוצב במקום ובאופן שלא תפריע לממתינים בתור להצבעה.
(ב)הוצבה קלפי המידגם במקום שלדעת יושב ראש ועדת הקלפי או מנהל הבחירות היא מפריעה לבוחרים או למהלך התקין של ההצבעה, רשאים הם להורות לדוגמים להציב את קלפי המידגם במקום אחר.
