18א. תעודת זהות
תיקון: תשמ״ג, תשנ״ט, תשס״ג, תשס״ג־2
(א)לא יורשה בוחר להזדהות לצורך הצבעה בתעודת זהות שחסר בה אחד מאלה:
(1)תמונת בעל התעודה;
(2)הדף שבו רשום שמו של בעל התעודה;
(3)(בוטלה).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א)(1) אשה מוסלמית או דרוזית תורשה להזדהות בתעודת זהות שחסרה בה תמונתה, אם במקום המיועד לתמונה הוטבעה חותמת ”בהיתר שר הפנים“.
