19. מתן מעטפה
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשפ״ג
משנזדהה הבוחר לפי סעיף 60 לחוק, יקרא המזכיר את שם הבוחר ובעותק הראשון של רשימת הבוחרים, בצד שמו של הבוחר, יציין שהבוחר ביקש להצביע; אחר כך ימסור המזכיר לבוחר מעטפת הצבעה ויחזיק אצלו את פנקס הזיהוי או תעודת הזהות של הבוחר.
