1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”חברי הכנסת“ – חברי הכנסת שאינם שרים או סגני שרים, ובכלל זה יושב ראש הכנסת, ראש האופוזיציה, סגני יושב ראש הכנסת ויושבי ראש ועדות הכנסת;
”השכר הממוצע“ – כהגדרתו בחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995.
