120. תדריכי קרקע והדרכת טיסה בבלון מאוייש
תיקון: תשמ״ח
מבקש רשיון טייס מסחרי ובו הגדר בלון מאוייש יקבל ממדריך טיסה בעל הגדר מתאים תדריכי קרקע והדרכת טיסה בנושאים אלה:
(1)ניפוח, קשירה ועגינה של בלון מאוייש;
(2)תדריך קרקע וטיסה;
(3)עליה;
(4)הנמכה;
(5)נחיתות;
(6)תפעול מבער אם הבלון מצוייד במבער;
(7)תהליכי חירום, לרבות שימוש בכבל השחרור, כולל שחרור מדומה, והחלצות מהנמכה במהירות סופית כמו טיסה בבלון מאוייש עם מבער.
