132. זכויותיו של טייס תובלה בנתיבי אויר
תיקון: תשמ״ט־2, תשע״א־2, תשע״ד
אלה זכויות טייס תובלה בנתיבי אויר וההגבלות החלות עליו:
(1)לשמש בתפקיד טייס פרטי ומסחרי לפי הגדר הסוג שברישיונו;
(2)לשמש טייס מפקד באווירון אשר לפי תעודת הסוג שלו חייב יותר מאדם אחד להימנות עם צוות הטייסים שלו, כשהאווירון מופעל בטיסה מסחרית לשם הובלת נוסעים או טובין בתמורה, לפי הגדר הסוג שברישיונו;
(3)(נמחקה).
