17. החזרת רשיון שבוטל או הותלה
(א)עובד טיס שרשיונו בוטל או הותלה ימציא את רשיונו לרשות הרישוי תוך שבעה ימים מיום מסירת ההודעה על כך, אלא אם ניתן צו עיכוב ביצוע החלטה כאמור בתקנה 53.
(ב)הותלה רשיון עובד טיס או הגדר, תרשום רשות הרישוי את ההתלייה של הרשיון או ההגדר ברשיון. הותלה הרשיון – לא יוחזר הרשיון לעובד הטיס אלא לאחר שהסתיימה תקופת ההתלייה.
