185ז. הוכחת ידע מקצועי
תיקון: תשמ״ח
המבקש לקבל הגדר בלון מאוייש (להלן בסימן זה – המבקש) יוכיח לרשות הרישוי בקיאות וידע מקצועי בנושאים שלהלן:
(1)מבנה הבלון, מערכותיו ונהלי הטסתו;
(2)מגבלות הבלון;
(3)תפעול מבצעי של הבלון, לרבות חישובי משקל ואיזון, טעינה, שימוש במבער וכיוצא באלה.
