218. חידוש ההגדר
המבקש חידוש הגדר חקלאי יוכיח:
(1)עמידה בתנאי הכשירות לחידוש הרשיון בו מצוי ההגדר ובבדיקות רפואיות להגדר חקלאי;
(2)נסיון מזערי של עשרים וחמש שעות טיסה חקלאית שבוצעו תוך ששת החודשים שקדמו להגשת בקשת החידוש או עמידה במבחן מעשי כמפורט בתקנה 36(ד).
