תיקון: תשפ״ו־2
(הוראת שעה ל־21 חודשים מיום 15.4.2026): תקנה 230 לתקנות העיקריות, כנוסחה ערב יום פרסומן של תקנות הטיס (רישיונות לעובדי טיס) (תיקון מס׳ 2), התשפ״ו–2026, לא תחול על רישיון טכנאי לבדק כלי טיס שעמד בתוקפו ערב יום פרסומן של התקנות האמורות (בתקנה זו – רישיון ישן); המנהל רשאי לתת למחזיק ברישיון ישן, לפי בקשתו, רישיון טכנאי לבדק כלי טיס שתקופת תוקפו לא מצוינת בו, חלף הרישיון הישן.
