42. זיכוי זמן טיסה כטייס מסחרי
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)טייס מסחרי זכאי כי זמן טיסתו הכולל כטייס מפקד ייזקף לחשבון זמן הטיסה הכולל, הנדרש לפי תקנות אלה, לקבלת רישיון טייס בדרגה גבוהה יותר.
(ב)טייס מסחרי המשמש כטייס משנה בכלי טיס שיש להפעילו עם טייס משנה, זכאי שמחצית זמן טיסתו כטייס משנה ייזקף לחשבון זמן הטיסה הכולל הנדרש לפי תקנות אלה, לקבלת רישיון טייס בדרגה גבוהה יותר.
