55. סמכויות ועדת הערר
ועדת הערר רשאית –
(1)לאשר את החלטת המנהל, לבטלה או לשנותה;
(2)להורות על עריכת דיון נוסף בפני המנהל או בפני רשות הרישוי לפי הנחיות שתקבע;
(3)להמליץ בפני המנהל על עריכת בדיקה מחודשת של הענין;
(4)להמליץ בפני המנהל בכל ענין שיתעורר בפניה תוך כדי הדיון, ככל שתמצא לנכון.
