59. סופיות החלטת ועדת הערר
החלטת ועדת ערר תהיה החלטת גמר כאמור בסעיף 29(1) לחוק הטיס, 1927.
לפי סעיף 39(ה) לחוק הטיס, התשע״א–2011, ניתן לערער על החלטת ועדת הערר לפני בית משפט לעניינים מינהליים.
