60א. מתן הרשאה לרופא
תיקון: תשנ״ד, תשנ״ד־2, תשע״ו
(א)לא ישמש אדם רופא מוסמך, רופא מוסמך בכיר או רופא החבר בועדה רפואית אלא אם כן בידיו הרשאה שניתנה לו מאת המנהל.
(ב)הרשאה, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תינתן לארבע שנים אך רשאי המנהל לשוב ולתתה למי שתם תוקף הרשאתו.
