בחלקו השני של כתב התשובה יפרט המשיב את העניינים האלה בלבד ולפי הסדר המפורט להלן:
(1)טענות מקדמיות שיש בהן כדי לסלק את הערעור, כולו או מקצתו, על הסף;
(2)תמצית תשובת המשיב וטענותיו.
