268. בדיקה לפני העמסה
בעל היתר להובלת חומר נפץ או נהג רכב ההובלה יבדוק, בכל יום לפני תחילת העמסת חומר נפץ, ויוודא כי רכב ההובלה כשיר להובלה מכל הבחינות.
