39. בניית המחסן ואישורו
מחסן יהיה ממוקם, בנוי, מותקן ומצוייד בהתאם להוראות התוספת השניה ולהוראות כל דין הנוגע לתכנון ולבניה ולרישוי עסקים, ויהיה מאושר בידי מפקח עבודה אזורי.
