87. זמני הפיצוץ
(א)לא תיעשה פעולת פיצוץ בין שקיעת השמש לזריחתה.
(ב)הממונה על הפיצוצים יקבע את זמני הפיצוץ לאחר תיאום מוקדם עם כל הגורמים העלולים להיפגע עקב הפיצוץ.
(ג)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), יכול שפעולות פיצוץ ייעשו גם בשעות הלילה במכרות, מנהרות ובעבודות תת־קרקעיות אחרות או בעבודות מיוחדות אחרות שאישר מפקח העבודה האזורי, בהיתר שהוציא.
