88. הרחקת בני אדם משטח הסכנה
הממונה על הפיצוצים יקבע את שטח הסכנה, יוודא כי כל בני האדם הורחקו ממנו ולא יפוצץ מטען ולא יורה לאחר לפוצצו, כל עוד נמצא אדם בשטח הסכנה.
