22. ביטוח לבעל רישיון ספק גז
בעל רישיון ספק גז יהיה מבוטח בביטוח לכיסוי חבותו בשל נזקים במשך כל תקופת הרישיון, בהתאם להוראות התוספת החמישית ולהוראות שקבע השר באישור ועדת הכלכלה.
