44. הכנת תכנית בטיחות
המנהל רשאי להורות לבעל רישיון ספק גז להכין תכנית בטיחות בנוגע למיתקן גז שלגביו ניתן לו היתר למיתקן גז, לפי הנחיות ועד המועד כפי שיורה; הוראה כאמור יכול שתהיה לגבי סוג של מיתקני גז או לגבי מיתקן גז מסוים.
