136. המשיבים
(א)בבקשת אדם המבקש קביעת גילו יהיה המשיב היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו.
(ב)בבקשת אדם המבקש קביעת גילו של אדם אחר יהיו המשיבים האדם שמבקשים קביעת גילו והיועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו.
(ג)בבקשת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו יהיה המשיב האדם שמבקשים קביעת גילו.
(ד)אדם העלול להיפגע על ידי החלטת בית המשפט יצוין בבקשה כמשיב.
