137. המשיבים בבקשת יוצאי צבא
על המצאה של בקשות שחלות עליהם תקנות קביעת גיל (סוגי בקשות לפי סעיף 7 לחוק), התשל״ה–1975, יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)אם המבקש יוצא צבא כמשמעותו בחוק שירות ביטחון, התשי״ט–1959 [נוסח משולב], המשרת בשירות סדיר או נמנה עם כוחות המילואים, תומצא הבקשה לשליש הראשי של צבא הגנה לישראל;
(2)אם המבקש מיועד לשירות ביטחון כמשמעותו בחוק האמור בפסקה (1), תומצא הבקשה לראש מרכז גיוס באגף כוח אדם של צבא הגנה לישראל.
