36. כונס נכסים
(א)כונס הנכסים ירשום הערת אזהרה בדבר מינויו על כל נכס שלגביו מתנהל פנקס לפי דין.
(ב)בית המשפט יפסוק את שכרו של כונס נכסים; השכר שיפסוק לא יעלה על 4 אחוזים מתקבולי מימוש בדרך של מכירה, ולגבי ניהול נכס אחר, שאינו כרוך במכירה, לא יעלה על 2 אחוזים מתקבולי הכנסה.
