37. הפניה ליחידת סיוע
(א)בית המשפט רשאי להפנות את בעלי הדין ליחידת הסיוע, כדי שתיתן להם, בעצמה או באמצעות אחרים, שירותי אבחון, ייעוץ, גישור, או טיפול בענייני משפחה (להלן בסימן זה – ייעוץ).
(ב)הפנה בית המשפט את בעלי הדין ליחידת הסיוע, יעכב את ההליכים לתקופה של שלושים ימים.
