41. הפסקת הייעוץ או הגישור
הפסיק בעל דין את הייעוץ או הגישור כאמור בתקנה 37, ונמסרה על כך הודעה בכתב לבית המשפט, יורה בית המשפט על חידוש ההליכים לפניו.
