57. בחינת טובת הילד ושמיעתו באישור הסכם
במעמד אישור ההסכם, יברר בית המשפט אם נשמע הילד, ואם ראה בית המשפט כי יש צורך בשמיעת הילד, רשאי בית המשפט להפנות את הורי הילד ליחידת הסיוע כדי שתיתן להורים מידע והדרכה לגבי שמיעת הילד והדרכים לממשה, ובכלל זה הזמנת הילד ליחידת הסיוע.
