58. שמיעת הילד בבקשה ליישוב סכסוך או בהפניה ליחידות הסיוע
הפנה בית המשפט את בעלי הדין ליחידת הסיוע מיוזמתו לפי תקנה 37 או תקנה 2 לתקנות להסדר התדיינויות בסכסוכי משפחה (הוראת שעה), התשע״ו–2016, רשאית יחידת הסיוע בהסכמת שני הוריו של הילד להזמין אותו להישמע לפניה; על דברי הילד יחולו הוראות החיסיון החלות על דברים הנאמרים ביחידת הסיוע, בכפוף לאמור בתקנה 38 ובסעיף 3א לצו ההקמה.
