23. איסור סיכון לאש
(א)לא יעשן אדם ולא ישתמש באש מסוג כלשהו במעגנה, במקומות שהעישון או השימוש באש כאמור נאסר בידי מנהל המעגנה.
(ב)לא יבצע אדם עבודות הלחמה, ריתוך, חיתוך או ליטוש באש או באופן העלול לגרום גצים, ברציף, על כלי השיט או בכל מקום אחר במעגנה, אלא ברשות מנהל המעגנה ובהתקיים התנאים המוקדמים שהורה מנהל המעגנה לגבי עבודות כאמור.
