24. כיבוי דליקות
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)מנהל מעגנה רשאי לנקוט את כל האמצעים הנראים לו לכיבויה או לצמצומה של דליקה בכלי שיט, ברציף או במקום כלשהו במעגנה.
(ב)פרצה דליקה בכלי שיט, יודיע על כך המשיט או בעל כלי השיט, במהירות האפשרית באמצעים שעומדים לרשותו, למנהל המעגנה ולרשות הארצית לכבאות ולהצלה; חובת הודעה כאמור תחול על המשיט אף אם הדליקה כובתה.
