53. תשלומים כתנאי להשטה
לא יוציא אדם כלי שיט אל מחוץ למעגנה, אלא אם כן קיבל אישור ממנהל המעגנה כי שולמו כל התשלומים החלים על כלי השיט כאמור בתקנה 52.
