54. ערר
(א)הרואה את עצמו נפגע מהחלטת מנהל המעגנה לפי תקנות אלה, למעט לפי תקנה 5(ב), רשאי לערור עליה לפני הממונה על הנמלים בתוך שלושים ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה, והוא ייתן את החלטתו בתוך 15 ימים מיום הגשת הערר.
(ב)הממונה על הנמלים רשאי לבטל את החלטת מנהל המעגנה, לשנותה או להחזיר את העניין להחלטה מחודשת של מנהל המעגנה.
(ג)כל עוד לא החליט הממונה על הנמלים אחרת, תעמוד החלטת מנהל המעגנה בתוקפה.
