57. הודעות לימאים
במסגרת הסמכויות המסורות לממונה על הנמלים על פי הפקודה ועל פי תקנות אלה רשאי הוא לפרסם הודעות לימאים כמשמעותן בפרק השמיני לתקנות הבטיחות, ולשם כך יהיו בידיו כל הסמכויות המסורות למנהל לפי הפרק האמור.
