3. זמן להמצאת תשובה
הומצא לטוען רבני העתק התלונה או ההודעה כאמור בסעיף 1, ישיב עליה בתוך 14 ימים מיום ההמצאה או בתוך תקופה ארוכה יותר שקבע הקובל או שהסכים לה, לפי בקשת הטוען הרבני; משעברה תקופה זו, רשאי הקובל להגיש קובלנה אף אם לא השיב הטוען הרבני.
