4. פרטים נוספים
הקובל רשאי לדרוש מהמתלונן או מהטוען הרבני פרטים נוספים לתלונה או לתשובה, לפי הענין, אם ראה צורך בכך להבהרת ענין המתעורר בהן, וכן רשאי הוא, לפי שיקול דעתו, לדרוש מהמתלונן, או מכל צד להליך המשמעתי, גם תצהיר וראיות אחרות לאימות פרטי התלונה.
