16. ביקורת פנימית
בעל אישור יבצע ביקורת פנימית תקופתית כחלק מאבטחת האיכות כדי לבדוק את יישומם של תנאי היצור הנאותים (GMP) ולנקוט פעולות מתקנות כנדרש; בעל האישור יתעד את הביקורות וכל פעולה מתקנת שננקטה בעקבותיהם.
