13. שיעור ההענקה למי שתביעתו לקיצבה לפי פרק ו׳2 נדחתה
שיעור ההענקה למבקש הענקה שתביעתו לקיצבה לפי פרק ו׳2 לחוק נדחתה יהיה כתשלום חדשי השווה לשיעור הקיצבה כאמור בסעיפים 127לו עד 127לט לחוק, לפי הענין.
