4. טפסים
(א)הדיווח לרשות יבוצע בטופס דיווח שקבע המנהל מכוח סמכותו לפי סעיף 112 לחוק, כפי שמופיע במערכת הדיווח במועד הדיווח ובהתאם לעסקה המדווחת.
(ב)מסמכים שיש חובה לצרפם לדיווח, יצורפו במסר אלקטרוני, אשר הוא תוצר של סריקה ממוחשבת.
