4. בקשה להפסקת משפט
בקשה להפסקת משפט על פי סעיף 5א(ב) לפקודה תיעשה על ידי בעל דין בעל־פה בשעת דיון; בדונו בבקשה כאמור, רשאי בית המשפט לצוות על דיון בדלתיים סגורות.
