5. ראיה אשר סעיף 5א(ג) לפקודה חל עליה
(א)עתירה לגילוי ראיה שסעיף 5א(ג) לפקודה חל עליה תיעשה על ידי בעל דין בעל־פה בשעת דיון.
(ב)לאחר שמיעת בעל הדין העותר, יתן בית המשפט או שופט בית המשפט העליון, לפי הענין, ליתר בעלי הדין אפשרות להשמיע את דבריהם.
