הרמטכ״ל ימנה ועדה מייעצת לבחינת בקשות לפי תקנה 4(4) למתן אות המערכה ברצועת הביטחון בלבנון, שבראשה יכהן קצין משאבי האנוש הראשי של צבא הגנה לישראל; הוועדה תדון בבקשות כאמור ותעביר את המלצותיה לראש אכ״א.
